Bauhaus Brew Labs — Data Strategy & Analytics System

Completed as part of the CoMIS 2025 global analytics competition interview, this project challenged me to build a complete data strategy for Bauhaus Brew Labs within 24 hours and present it as a concise, executive-ready recommendation.

The Challenge

Bauhaus Brew Labs, a growing craft brewery, needed a clear plan for collecting and using data to support sales growth, product launches, and long-term expansion. The business operated with limited marketing resources, fragmented data, and no centralized strategy. We were tasked with creating a data system restructure that would be realistic for a small business while still enabling growth. As there was a 10 minute presentation limit, we were only allowed 4 slides to present the data we collected and our recommendations.
